摘要： 患儿男，2岁4个月，因出生后即有的左颈部暗红色皮损渐增大于2020年9月就诊于首都医科大学附属北京儿童医院皮肤科。患儿出生时左颈部即有直径约3 cm的暗红色斑疹，边界清晰，无明显自觉症状，未予特殊处理……
