摘要： 患者女，85岁，因颏下肿物9个月于2021年11月至浏阳市中医医院皮肤科就诊。患者9个月前无明显诱因颏下出现一黄豆大小肿物，皮疹增大迅速，顶端凹陷，溃烂渗液，于外院行组织病理提示皮肤鳞状细胞癌，未特殊处理，建议保守治疗……
