摘要： 患者男，33岁，因面部肥厚性紫红色斑块、结节30余年，于2021年6月16日就诊。患者自出生时面中部、鼻背出现粉红色斑片，逐渐增大，颜色加深，并出现肥厚、结节表现。既往体健，无类似疾病家族史……
