摘要: 【摘要】 皮肌炎是一种特发性炎性肌病,可出现典型皮损、近端肌无力和多器官受累表现,亦可伴发恶性肿瘤。中国医疗保健国际交流促进会皮肤科分会、国家皮肤与免疫疾病临床医学研究中心以国内外成人皮肌炎诊断和治疗的相关文献和专家建议作为依据,制定成人皮肌炎诊疗共识,供各级皮肤科及其他相关科室医师参考。

Abstract: 【Abstract】 Dermatomyositis, a type of idiopathic inflammatory myopathies, is characterized by characteristic skin manifestations, proximal muscle weakness, and multiple organ involvement, which can also be accompanied by malignancies. Based on Chinese and international literature and expert advice on the diagnosis and treatment of adult dermatomyositis, experts from the Dermatology Branch of China International Exchange and Promotive Association for Medical and Health Care and the National Clinical Research Center for Dermatologic and Immunologic Diseases developed this consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of adult dermatomyositis, which can provide a reference for dermatologists and clinicians from other relevant departments in clinical practice.
