摘要： 患儿女，4岁，因全身散在硬结6 d，发热4 d，皮肤肿胀、破溃2 d入院。患儿6 d前双上臂无明显诱因出现皮肤硬结，略红肿，伴疼痛，后逐渐增多，延及面部、躯干、双下肢，未予特殊处理，4 d前出现发热，体温最高39.3 ℃，2 d前硬结处肿胀明显，伴破溃、结痂……
