银屑病患者PAN对LTB4的趋化反应

摘要： 研究了21例银屑病患者及正常对照者的多形核白细胞(PMN)在琼脂糖平皿上的趋化移行和随机移行.以不同浓度白三烯B4(LTB4)作为趋化因子.结果发现:银屑病忠者PMN的随机移行及对低浓度LTB4的趋化反应显著增强,对高浓度LTB4的趋化反应显著减弱.银屑病患者的皮损面积、性别、家族史方面的不同对PMN的移行没有影响.本文探讨了银屑病的发生过程和银屑病的治疗前景.

Abstract: The random migratioxx and chemotaxia of polymorphonuclear leukocytes (PMIV) in agarose were studied in tweenty-one patients with psoriasis and in healthy rontrola.Different concentrations of LTB4 were used as chemoattractant.
