氮芥对豚鼠表皮郎格罕细胞的作用

EFFECTS OF TOPICAL NITROGEN MUSTARD ON EPIDERMAL LANGERHANS CELLS OF GUINE A PIG

摘要: 为观察氮芥局部治疗对正常表皮郎格罕细胞(LC)的影响,我们应用ATP酶光电镜共用组织化学技术对正常及局部氮芥处理的豚鼠表皮LC进行了数量、形态和超微结构酶细胞化学的研究。并首次采用电子计算机图像分析系统对两种情况下的LC进行了形态定量分析。结果表明,用药后表皮LC发生可逆性减少;胞体、线粒体肿胀,有的受损LC与ATP酶阳性、且功能十分活跃的淋巴细胞紧密相连,胞膜似融为一体。首次以实验证实氮芥、表皮LC及淋巴细胞间有功能上的联系。

Abstract: In an attempt to determine the influence of topical nitrogen mustard therapy upon epidermal Langerhans cells (LC), the quantitative, morphological and ultrastructural enzyme cytochemical studies on normal and nitrogen mustard treated guinea pig epidermal cells were performed respectively, by a new modified technique of ATPase LC staining for light and electron microscopy. With the computerized image analysis system we also made a quantitative morphological analysis on both normal and the treated epidermal cells. It was found that the cells after therapy showed a reversible decrease in number, vacuolation on cytoplasm and swelling of mitochondria. Some damaged LC were closely contacted with ATPase positive lymphocytes which was active in function. Thus it provides an experimental evidence that there are some correlations in function between topical nitrogen mustard application, epidermal LC and lymphocytes.
