摘要： 本文通过AE1、AE2和AE3三种抗角蛋白单克隆抗体在11例皮肤淀粉样变皮损中染色情况的观察研究,发现真皮乳头中淀粉样物质AE1和AE3染色阳性,AE3染色阴性。提示淀粉样物质中含有角蛋白成份,并且可能是50kdl58kd的角蛋白对,与基底细胞所含的角蛋白成份一致,故推测淀粉样物质的形成与基底细胞关系密切。

Abstract: Eleven cases of cutaneous amyloidosis were investigated in this article immunohistochemically with monoclonal anti-keratin antibodies AE1, AE2 and AE3. The result showed that the amyloid substance in the papillary dermis of cutaneous amyloidosis was mostly AE1-and AE3-positive, and AE2-negative, indicating that the amyloid substance contained 50-kd/58-kd keratin pair which may have close relationship with basal cells because it is the only keratin pair in normal basal cells.
