皮肤着色真菌病非手术疗法的探讨

摘要： 本文报道216例皮肤着色真菌病采用抗真菌药物、物理疗法及中草药等非手术疗法的疗效观察.共治愈104例,总治愈率为48.15%.平均随访3.18年,无一例复发.其中仅用30~50%冰醋酸外涂的治愈率为30.27%.以该药治疗本病,文献上未见报道.作者认为,该药治疗简便、经济,为小面积病损首选的非手术疗法.

Abstract: Two hundred and sixteen cases of cutaneous chromomycosis were treated by non-operative methods including the administration of anti-fungal drugs,physiotherapy and Chinese medicinal herbs.104 cases of them were finally recovered with a total cure rate of 48.15%.
