摘要： 应用间接免疫荧光法及抗Ia及抗Thy-1抗体,分别检测C3H/He纯系小鼠中表皮Thy-1+树枝状细胞(Thy-1+DECs)和表皮Ia+树枝状组饱(Ia+DECs).结果表明,这两种不同的表皮细胞亚型具有不同的密度,并且在形态和分布上也存在了一定的差别.

Abstract: Identification and enumeration of both dendritic Thy-1+ epidermal cells Thy-1+ DECs) and Ia+ epidermal cells (Ia+DECs) from various parts of the body were examined by using epidermal sheets of C3H/He inbred mice and indirect immunofluorescent technique. Different densities and different distribution patterns and morphology were a6served between Thy-1+DECs and Ia+DECs, These findings may reflect different status a these two cell populations.
