摘要： 对6种增生性皮肤病标本以抗角蛋白单克隆抗体HK2及K27进行检测发现,在表皮增生的情况下HK2阳性细胞增多,以银屑病最显著,扁平苔藓、皮肤淀粉样变、Dowen病、Paget病及脂溢性角化也均显示HK2阳性细胞不同程度及不同形式增多.而K27性细胞在多数情况下变化不明显.角蛋白中间丝的研究除有利于肿瘤的鉴别诊断外,尚有助于了解病理状态下角蛋白的代谢情况.

Abstract: Monoclonal antiheratin acutibodies HK2 and K27 werc used to detect skin specimens of six kinds of proliCeratiwe dcrmatoses. The results showed that, in the: proliferative epidermis, the increase of HK2+ cells was most significant in psoriasis, and in lichen planes, amyloidosis, Bowen's disease, Paget's disease and seborrheic keratosis, there were different degrees of increase.
