糠秕孢子菌脂酶的定位定量测定及生化学特性

摘要: 用离心和匀浆法将在含甘氨酸、吐温80的液基中培养生长的糠秕孢子菌酵母细胞分为细胞外液、细胞内可溶部分和细胞不溶部分.以各部分将a¯棕桐酸萘脆分解a¯萘酚的量表示其脂酶活性.发现脂酶活性主要位于细胞不溶部分,在细胞对数生长初期迅速升高.最适pH5.0,能被酯酶激活剂牛黄胆酸钠激活,但难于被脂酶抑制剂二异丙基氟磷酸抑制.

Abstract: Cultivated Pityrosporum yeast cells in liquid culhxre medium containing glycine and Tween 80 were divided into medium (extracellular fraction), extracts of cell (soluble fraction) and suspended cell debris (insoluble fraction) by centrifuge and homogenization.
