摘要： 以间接免疫金银染色(TIGSS)对37例SLR,14例其他结缔组织病患者血清进行了抗核抗体(ANA)检测,同时与间接免疫荧光试验(ITFT)作平行对照,并以初份正常人血清比较其特异性.结果显示:IIGSS检测ANA较IIFT具有相似的特异性,敏感性、可靠性、核型显示更优越,且无需使用特殊设备,不失为一种较好的检测法,值得临床推广.

Abstract: Indirect jmmunogold-silver staining (IIGSS) was employed to detect antinuclear antibodies (ANA)in sera from 37 patients of lupus erythematosus and from 14 patients of other connective tissue daeases.
