摘要： 本文用McAb-ABC法检测了53例不同临床期斑秃患者的外周血T细胞及其亚群的变化.发现在活动期全休T细胞和Ts细胞减少,TH/Ts比值增加,随着病倩的静止、恢复,上述改变逐渐减轻或恢复正常.

Abstract: An analysis of T-cell subsets was performed with McAb-ABC technique in the peripheral blood in different clinical phases of 53 cases of alopecia areata.Patients in active phase showed significant reduction of Pan T and Ts cell and a significant increase of TH/Ts ratio.These changes remitted and returned to normal along with subsiding and recovering of the disease.
