摘要： 本文应用ABC免疫酶标法和胶体金技术,观察了5例LE病人皮疹内自身杭体的超微结构定位.发现至IgG主要沉积于透明板,部分沉积于基底及其下方的真皮,有些部位伸至基地细胞胞膜,结合文献,讨论了其在诊断与研究中门意义.

Abstract: In this paper,5 specimens of skin lesion of patients with lupus erythematosus were lavestigated with immunotustochemical ABC method and imrmmocoiloidal gold method for the uitrastructural localizatians of the autoantibodies.It was found that IgG deposits located mainly in the lamina lucida and extended to the cell membrane of the basal eclls in some areas,and partially in the basal laanina and the dcrznis underneath.Besides,the importance of these findings to the diagnosis and further research was discussed.
