我国部分城市淋球菌对抗菌药物的敏感性测定

摘要： 用纸片法对7个城市的淋球菌株作了青霉素敏感性测定,耐药菌的百分率为21.6%-82.4%.用琼脂稀释法测定了119株菌对青霉素的敏感度,有55.5%的菌株0.5-2U/ml,有16.8%的菌株在4U/ml以上.说明我国近期流行的淋球菌对青霉索的耐药性已相当高.淋球菌对之敏感的药吻(按敏感株所占百分率)顺序为红霉素、氨节青霉素、四环素、先锋碟素V、羧苄青霉素、麦迪毒素、庆大霉素和先锋霉素Ⅰ,提示可将这些抗生素单独或联合用于治疗耐青霉素菌株引起的淋病.

Abstract: The sensitivity to antibiotics of the 472 strains of Neisseria gonorrhoeae isolated from seven cities in different parts of this country was determined by disc method.The result indicated that the resistance rate of 467 strains to penicillin ranged from 26.1% to 82.4%.The minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) to penicillin of 119 estrains of N.gonorrhoeae was determined by agar dilution test.It was found that the MICs of 55.50/a of strains varied from 0.5U/ml to 2U/ml.The MICys of 16.8% of strains was over 4U/ml.It showed that the resistant strains of N.gonorrhoeae isolated in this country during recent yeah are increasing.The order of drugs to which the strains of N.gonoruhoeae was sensitive is erytfirnmycin,amhicillin,tetracycline,cefazolin,carbeniciilin,medcrnycin,gentamycin,and ccpha.lothin.It suggests that these drugs may be used alone or in combination for the treatment of gonorrheae causedby thestrains resisitant to penicillin.
