SLF患者的IgE、IgE-ANA、LBT研究

摘要： 136例SLE患者IgE研究中,外周血IgE含量为1922±2195IU/ml,明显高于正常人,P<0.001,活动期患者高于非活动期,P<0.05.在IgG-ANA阳性病例中,IgE-ANA阳性率(35%)明显高于阴性病人(8.7%),P<0.058.IgEE和IgG-ANA的滴度相平行,r=0.922.其中,2例IgG-ANA阴性的病人,其IgE-ANA分别为1:10和1:20阳性,有助于诊断.3例暴光部位皮肤LBT示IgE沉积的病例均有肝肾病变,DNA抗体阳性、血小板减少和C3降低,病情较重,预后较差.

Abstract: The determination of serum total IgE,IgE antinuclear antibodies (ANA) and lupus band test(LBT) for IgE are reported in 136 cases of SLE.SLE patients had higher serum IgE level (1922±2195IU/ml) than those of normals (P<0.001).IgE level of SLE patients in active phase was higher than that in remission phase (P<0.05).The positive rate of IgE ANA (35%) in the IgG ANA positive cases was higher than that iu the IgG ANA negative cases (P<0.05).The titer of IgE ANA was comparable to that of IgG ANA (r=0.922).Of them 2 IgG ANA negative cases was positive for IgE ANA,and it was helpful for the diagnosis.3 cases with positive IgE LBT of normal appearing akin in exposed area had active nephritis,hepatic abnormalities,positive nDNA antibody,thrombocytopenia and low serum complement C3.Their conditions were more aevcre than those of positive IgG or IgM LBT patients.
