摘要： 本文报告了寻常型银屑病患者周围血白细胞(PBL)调节培养基对培养的新生小鼠角朊细胞刺激增生作用的研究.实验结果表明,银屑病患者PBL调节培养基对鼠角朊细胞的刺激作用明显大于正常人(P<0.001),说明银屑病患者PBL分泌的可溶性因子在患者表皮过度增生中起重要作用.本文对刺激角朊细胞增生的可能机制进行了初步探讨.

Abstract: This article reports the effect of DNA syathesis of mouse epidermal cells cultured in the medium being previously cultured with PBL of patients with psoriasis.The results showed that the medium could stimulate mouse keruinocytes to synthesize DNA.The value of DNA synthesis of the mouse keratinocytes culture d in the medium was significantly higher than that of the control group.It seems likely that the soluble factor secreted by monocytes.It is suggested that the soluble factor secreted by psoriatic monocytes plays an important role in the pathogenesis of psoriasis.
