摘要：

本文应用直接过氧化物酶法和ABC法,研究了3例天疱疮患者表皮内自身抗体的超微结构定位.我们的观察发现:位于表皮细胞间的免疫球蛋白,即结合IgG存在的电子致密物质,呈粗糙颗粒状沉积,充满细胞间,与桥粒无明显关系,可这类物质颗粒附于表皮细胞表面,这将有助于天疱疮发病机理的研究.

Abstract:

In this paper, ultrastrucawal localization of autoantibodies in 3 cases of pemphisus within the epidermis were studied with direct immunoperox idase method and ABC method. Our observation showed that immunoglobulins were localized in between the epidermal cells Electron-dense material indicating the presence of bound IgG, was found as lumpy deposits partially filling the intercellular space. There was no obvious local correlation to desmosomen, but the material seemed to stick to the epidermal cell surface. It is of help for the research of the pathogen esis of pemphigus.
