摘要： 本文观察蜗牛酶对念珠菌属8种真菌细胞壁的作用.结果自念珠菌形态学的改变最轻,约20%的细胞变形.热带念珠菌有40-75%变形及细胞破碎,而其他真菌包括类星形念珠菌约85-100%的菌细胞均已变形、破碎,其消化程度与菌的抵抗力和致病性相一致.电镜下观察可见细胞壁疏松、表面粗糙,出现裂纹、小孔及变形.

Abstract: This paper reports the action of snail enzyme on the cell wall of eight species of candida. The result showed that morphological changes of the C. albicans was mild with 20% cells deformed.
