巨大色素毛痣的超微结构观察

Electron microscopic observation on giant pigmented hairy nevus

摘要: 本文报告了3例巨大色素毛痣和4例普通色素痣,均为皮内痣,作电镜对比观察.发现前者在超微结构方面有特殊之处,表现在复合或单个黑素体较大,特殊形态的复合黑素体较多,在黑素体聚集之处出现中等电子密度的圆形体.提示巨大色素毛痣的痣细胞活性较高,产生黑素体能力较强,色素蛋白可能增加,因而启示我们何以此病易于恶性变.

Abstract: The comparative observation by electron microscopy between three cases of giant pigmented hairy nevus and four cases of common pigmented nevus, all were intradermal nevus, was reported. The characteristics of ultrastructure in the former disease showed large melanosomes including compound melanosomes, more compound melanosomes in special shape, and the appearance of medium electron-dense spherical bodies in places where melanosomes aggregated. These data suggested that there was higher activity of nevus cells in giant pigmented hairy nevus which strengthened the ability of producing more melanosomes, perhaps increased melanoprotein. These data also enlightened us why this disease was liable to malignancy.
