摘要： 本文分析210例自身免疫病等患者使用不同剂量糖皮质激素后感染情况,感染率8.1%.激素剂量与感染关系:1.小剂量不发生感染,2.持续使用超大剂量发生主要是由剂量决定的感染,3.用其它剂量可能发生感染,与激素、基础病、皮肤屏障功能损害综合因素有关.作者提出了“相对安全值时”、“警告值时”和“危险值时”的概念,并求得了他们的具体值.

Abstract: In this article we analyzed 210 cases of autoimmune diseases who were treated by corticosteroids. The relationship between the dosage of corticosteroids and infection were studied. The infection rate was 8.1%.When lower dosage was used, generally the infection did not occur. If the ultra-dosage was used continuously and constantly, the infection surely would occur, and were mainly related to the dosage of corticosteroid.
