构巢裸壳孢菌与黄曲霉引起肺部感染的真菌学鉴定

摘要： 本文报告我国首见一例构巢裸壳孢菌与黄曲霉引起的肺部感染.诊断主要靠真菌学鉴定,构巢裸壳孢菌在直接镜检和病理切片中可见大量大小不等的闭囊壳,其内充满子囊及子囊孢子.闭囊壳外可见大量Hülle细胞.本例采取综合治疗,获得较为满意的效果.

Abstract: A rare case of pulmonary infection caused by Emericella nidulans and Aspergillus,flavus is reported for the first time in our country. Direct microscopic examination and histbpathologic section of expectorated mass showed numerous cleistothecia of varying size, filled witli asci and ascospores. Outside the cleistothecia there were numerous thick walled Hülle cells. The patient was treated satisfactorily with antimycotics.
