“克银方”对银屑病表皮细胞膜影响的研究—冷冻蚀刻方法

摘要： 用冷冻蚀刻法研究银屑病表皮细胞膜.见到棘细胞膜内颗粒增加,裂隙联接(GJ)数量增多,细胞间隙增宽,而中药克银方(三方)治疗后膜内颗粒减少,GJ减少,细胞间隙恢复正常.说明中药有抑制细胞活性及膜蛋白合成增多,可能影响细胞表面外壳糖蛋白.阻断过多形成GJ的能力.

Abstract: A freeze-etching study of plasma membrane in psoriatic epidermis has demonstrated an increase of membrane associated particles (map) and the number of gap junctions (GJ),dilatation of intercellular space. But after treatment with Antipsoriatic prescription (No.3),it revealed a significant decrease of map and GJ. The intercellular space became normal. All these suggested the activity of cells and increasing membrane protein were suppressed by the Chinese medicinal herbs. Besides, the changes of glycoprotein surface coats and the ability of GJ production were probably influenced.
