摘要： 本文应用免疫荧光技术,观察了76例16种大疱性疾病的免疫病理特征.讨论了该技术在大疱性疾病的诊断、分类、发病机理及治疗等研究中的应用,并复习了有关文献.

Abstract: In this paper, immunopathologic characteristics of 76 cases of 16 kinds fluno of bullous diseases were observed with immunofluoresceace technique. The application of this technique is the research of the diagnosis, classificaton, pathogenesis and treatment of these diseases was discussed, and a review of literature was made as well.
