体外经粒细胞/巨噬细胞集落刺激因子处理后对同种异体T淋巴细胞的影响

The effects of granulocyte/macrophage colony stimulating factor on allogenic heterogeneous T-lymphocytes in vitro

摘要： 为研究粒细胞/巨咙细胞集落刺激因子(GM-CSF)对人表皮郎格罕细胞(LC)和同种异体T淋巴细胞(AHTC)混合培养的影响,我们在体外培养LC液中加10μg/ml GM-CSF,经72小时培养后除去GM-CS F并加入AHTC,经96小时混合培养后,测定AHTC对3H标记胸腺嘧啶的掺入量.结果发现,经GM-CSF处理后实验组中AHTC对3H标记胸腺嘧啶的掺入量明显增强,表明GM-CSF对AHTC有明显的增殖作用.

Abstract: For investigating the effects of Branulocyte/macrophage colony stimulating factor (GM-CSF) on mixed culture of human epidermal Langerhsns cells (LC) and allogczaic hcteroge-neous T-lymphocytes (AHTC),10μg/ml GM-CSF was added to the LC culture medium in vitro far 72 hours.
