非淋菌性尿道炎的人型支原体及尿素分解支原体的检出

摘要： 报道了来自我所性病门诊的50例非淋菌性尿道炎病人的尿道或宫颈分泌物培养人型支原体及尿素分解支原体(解脉支原体)的结果.其中有9例阳性,占被检查病人例数的18%.分离出I3株文原体,包括人型支原体7株和解睬支原体6株,混合感染两种支原体的有4例.结果也表明,有12例标本出现致病性金黄色葡萄球菌(金葡菌),占被检查例数的24%,有6例支原体培养阳性的患者和9例分离出金葡菌的病人,其他病原体检查(包括衣原体、滴虫和真菌等)均为阴性.文中对支原体可以成为本病的病因进行了讨论,并提出,金葡菌感染也有可能成为本病病因之一,值得进一步研究.

Abstract: This article reports the results of detection of mycoplasma hominis and ureaplasxna urealyticum from discharges of the urethra or the cervical canal in 50 outpatients with nongonococ cal urethritis (NGU) at the STD clinic.Of all the patients,9 cases were positive,which accountcd for 18 percent in all patients investigated.Thirteen strains of mycoplasma,including 7 strains of mycoplastna hominis and 6 strains of ureaplasma urealyticum were isolated.
