摘要： 本文报告7例光化性肉芽肿的病理及超微给构观察.其组织学改变为真皮中上部胶原纤维嗜硷性变,其间或周围散在组织细胞、异物巨细胞及淋巴细胞、浆细胞浸润.偶见嗜酸细胞和肥大细胞.变性区域内弹力纤维显示减少或消失.超微结构观察证明变性的弹力纤维和胶原纤维被组织细胞吞噬和吸收.并对发生机理进行了探讨.

Abstract: Histopathvlvgical and ultrastructural changes of 7 cases of actinic granulomas were observed.The histopathvlvgical changes consisted of basophilic degeneration of collagen fibers inthe upper-middle portion of derma in whichor at the vicinity of the lesion spread some hiatiocytes,foreign-body giant cells,lymphocytes and plasma cells.
