白癫风患者外周血T细胞亚群失衡

摘要： 本文报告应用单克隆杭体OKT3,OKT4和OKT8按间接免疫荧光法对49例白癫风患者与50名正常人外周血T细胞及其亚群进行了检测,发现患者存在T细胞亚群的失衡,表现为抑制/细胞毒性T细胞显著增高,OKT4+OKT8+细胞比率明显降低.当病期超过3年、或皮损播散、或血清含自身抗体时,这种失衡更为明显,本研究结果提示白癫风患者的免疫系统和(或)免疫应答调节存在缺陷.

Abstract: Using OKT3,OKT4 and OKT8 monodonal antibodies,peripheral blood T cells and their subsets were dertected by indirect immunofluorescence technique in 49 patients with vitigo and 50 healthy persons.
