国产环己吡酮氨乙醇抗真菌实验研究

STUDY ON ANTIFUNGAL ACTIVITY OF HOME-MADE CICLOPIROX OLAMINE

摘要: 国产环己吡酮氨乙醇对12种常见真菌的MIC值中,最低为1.95μg/ml,最高31.3μg/ml,其余10种为3.9~7.8μg/ml。对金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌的MIC值均为31.3μg/ml。它的1%霜剂对人工感染石膏样毛癣菌的豚鼠,8天内临床治愈率为90.80%;平均临床治愈天数为6.55天(S=0.43天,95%可信限为6.46~6.64天)。2%硝酸咪康唑组的上述两项指标分别为87.36%及8.02天(S=2.22天,95%可信限为7.55~8.49天)。经统计学处理,试验组与对照组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。

Abstract: This article reports the results of in vitro antifungal activity of home-made ciclopirox olamine. Among 12 strains of common pathogenic fungi, the lowest MIC of the drug was 1.95μg/ml, the highest 31.3μg/ml, and the other 10 ones ranged from 3.9~7.8 μg/ml. The MIC values of staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli were 31.3μg/ml. The therapeutic effect of 1% ciclopirox olamine and 2% miconazole nitrate creams was compared in self-control of 29 guinea pigs experimentally infected with T. mentagrophyte.
