毛囊在白癜风治疗恢复中的作用

摘要: 作者用多巴-甲苯胺蓝复合染色和毛囊分离-多巴染色,对正常、白癜风和白癜风不同恢复期皮肤表皮和毛囊的黑素细胞的分布、数量和功能形态进行研究,发现正常表皮内均为有功能的黑素细胞,但毛囊外根鞘内存在着无功能的黑素细胞,以毛囊中、下部居多,白癜风只累及有功能的黑素细胞,其表皮内黑素细胞完全消失,但毛囊外根鞘内无功能的黑素细胞不受影响,其存在为白癜风恢复提供了黑素细胞来源,药物可能刺激毛囊外根稍内无功能黑素细地发生分裂增殖,使其沿着毛必表面向上移动,进入表皮,进入表皮的黑素细胞以毛囊口为中心绘续向周围扩展,形成临床所见的毛囊性色素小岛.黑索细胞在其移行过程中形态和功能也逐渐成熟。

Abstract: Using dopa-toluidine blue stain and hair follicle splitted-dopy stain to study the melanocytes in the cpiderxnis and hair follicles of normal skin, vitiliginous lesion, and vitiliginous lesion at differrnt repigmentation stages,we found that active (melanotie) melanocytes existed only in normal epidermis, but there were some inactive (amelanotic) melanocytes in outer root sheath of normal hair follicles.In vitiligo, only the active melanocytes were destmytd while the inactive melanocytes in the outer root sheach of the follicles, which were the original source of rnelanocytes for repigmentation, were not affected. Treatment induces the proliferation of inactive melanocytes which migrate upward along the surface of the follicle towards the pcrifoliicular orifice of epidermis and extends centrifugally to form the pigmented islands in clinically improved areas. During migration into the epidermis,the melanocytes matured gradually in shape and function.
