摘要： 本文对54例斑秃患者皮损和16例正常对照者皮肤进行了直接免疫荧光观察,发现患者中有46例(85)有C3、IgG或IgM沉积于毛囊周围及毛囊内,有3种沉积形态.部分病人(12/54)有血清IgG升高.提示大部分斑秃患者的发病与免疫功能紊乱有关.

Abstract: Direct immunoHuorescence study was performed in 54 patients with alopecia areata and 16 healthy persons. Deposition of C3, IgG or IgM was found in 46 patients (85%). There were three deposit patterns. The serum IgG value increased in some (12/54) patients. These observations suggest that immune disturbance is involved in the pathogenesis in most patients with alopecia areata.
