摘要： 本文报告国内第一例蕈样肉芽肿(MF)并发脂溢性角化病(SK,Leser-Trélat征),在已报告的文献中为第4例.SK发生于MF后23年,有的位于MF皮损处,与后者的发生和消退平行.组织病理检查显示SK和MF两种病变.免疫酶标证实浸润细胞主要为活化辅助T淋巴细胞,表皮内郎格罕细胞增加.

Abstract: The first case of mycosis fungoides (MF) associated with seborrheic keratosis (SK) (Leser-Trélat's sign) in our country is reported, and this is the fourth case reported in the literature. SK occurred 23 years after the onset of MF. The lesions of SK were mostly located on the patches and plaques of MF and wax and wane with the latter.
