Supported by:摘要： 【摘要】 表皮生长因子受体抑制剂（EGFRI）相关甲沟炎是指与EGFRI治疗明确相关的以甲周皮肤红斑、水肿、脓性渗出、甲周或甲下肉芽组织病变，或伴甲板变薄变脆甚至碎裂分离为特点的疾病。表皮功能抑制、炎症形成并继发感染、血管新生是EGFRI相关甲沟炎发生发展的核心过程。本文综述EGFRI相关甲沟炎的流行病学、发病机制、临床表现、预防和治疗手段。
